The Project Timothy Bible Conference is an annual weekend conference with various expository talks and workshops on selected topics. The aim of the conference is to encourage Christians through solid bible teaching and to equip them with proper bible reading skills.

Rev Justin Mote
Justin has been in full-time Christian Ministry for the last 18 years and has worked at various churches in the UK including St Helens Bishopsgate in London. In that time, he has also worked part-time on the Cornhill Training Course, which is led by Rev David Jackman. A regular speaker for the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship (UCCF), he now pastors Holy Trinity Church near Liverpool. Justin, 41 is married to Jo, and they have two children. Justin enjoys sport, especially watching cricket and playing golf.


Rev Kanishka Raffel
Born in London to Sri Lankan parents, Kanishka was raised as a Buddhist. Emigrating to Australia with his family as a child, he did his tertiary studies at Sydney University. In his fourth year of University, a friend gave him a copy of John's Gospel and he subsequently became a Christian. He practised as a lawyer before studying theology at Moore College, Sydney. He then spent a few years working in a church in Canberra before being commissioned as Rector of St Matthews Shenton Park in Perth in 1999. Kanishka is in high demand as a speaker at evangelical conferences down under such as Katoomba. His is married to Cailey and they have two daughters. He's a fan of email, curry, Verdi and his daughters' artwork.


Dr Loo Yeow Hwa
General Secretary of the Fellowship of Evangelical Students (FES) in Singapore since 1997.


Dr Tan Soo In
Formerly the Graduate Secretary of the Graduates Christian Fellowship (GCF) in Malaysia, Dr Tan is now with Grace@Work. He has a Masters of Theology from Regent College, Vancouver.


Rev Andrew Ong
Currently the Pastor of Bethany Trinity Presbyterian Church, Andrew studied theology at Moore Theological College, Sydney. He is married to Cheryl and they have two sons, Joshua and Benjamin.


James Kerr
James was formerly on the staff at St Helens Bishopsgate, London and Adam Road Presbyterian Centre, Singapore. He is now currently studying theology in Australia. He is married to Maria and they have a son, Josiah.
